Raveena Tandon, the Bollywood actress, reminisced about her time working with superstar Aamir Khan on the comedy film "Andaz Apna Apna."
Raveena will appear as a special guest in an upcoming 'Top 8 contestants special' edition of 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.'
While each contender wowed Raveena with their performances, it was Sharad's renditions of 'Ello Ji Sanam Hum Aa Gaye' and 'Kitna Haseen Chehra' that wowed her the most.
Raveena Tandon reminisced about how Aamir pulled a funny trick on her during the filming of 'Andaz Apna Apna,' and how she retaliated.
"I still remember Aamir and I filming on a horse carriage for Andaz Apna Apna," Raveena said. It was a great sequence, but I had no idea that the entire team, including Aamir, was preparing a prank on me. We were inside the carriage, and as I was getting my makeup done, Aamir stood behind me.
"He asked for a cup of tea, and all of a sudden, this hot cup of tea falls from his palm and heads straight for me." I was startled and attempted to duck, only to discover that it was all a joke. The cup was empty and had a thread tying it to the plate."
"While everyone was laughing at my expense, I was no less," Raveena Tandon continued. During the same sequence, I returned it to Aamir. There were no vanity vans at the time, so Aamir had to walk quite a distance to use the restroom.
"Our director Rajkumar Santoshi Ji advised us to pack up for the day while he was out because of the weather conditions." I begged, however, that master Saroj ji assign Aamir a difficult step to practise inside the carriage.
"He did as he was told, but he quickly noticed that I was unwinding and he was the only one practising." He discovered he had been pranked after 30 minutes. It still makes me grin every time I think about it."
